People need to plan head to reserve their dates for use of Bear Claw Valley. Many groups have reserved two years in advance, so it is important to send in the $250 reservation donation early as possible to hold your dates. We're sorry, but we are unable to lock-in reservations without receiving the reservation donation. Prices will be increased as more facilities and amenities become available. When you make your deposit to reserve your dates the price freezes as the date received. If after you have reserved your date you find it needs to be changed, we can do that to any date still available without additional expense. Donation fees may change the first part of September for the following calendar year.
$250 non-refundable reservation donation to get on the calendar and reserve dates. This entitles you to consultation as to activities, menu, and safety procedures, and also to assistance during your stay. This also pays for propane, usage of generator, some sporting equipment, and rental on porti-potties and firewood.
$10.00 per person per day with a minimum of a two-night stay and 30 people guaranteed. The per person per day donation includes: outdoor kitchen, program area, carnival area, ball diamond, Dutch ovens, Fort Chad (frontier village), cable slide and camp areas. You will need your own sleeping bag. "Sweet Dreams", the honeymoon cottage and "The Cave", a small cabin, are not included in this package. Special arrangements need to be made well in advance for their use. One half of your anticipated total donation will be due by the 15th of March of the year of your intended stay. The rest is required before you check out.
